Music Thah Elixir
I have found it to be true that Music has the power to quell anxiety, to heal, to give peace & tranquility, to generate high levels of adrenalin, and to bring us together. I believe that Music can be used as a ‘Cure All’ due to the fact that we have all used it at one time or another to help us through a tough or distressful situation. We listen to music when we’re sad, happy, angry, mourning, celebrating, exercising, working, and relaxing. The vibrations of sounds is used to produce feelings of nostalgia, hope, love, vibrance, etc. I recommend that everyone get a daily dose of Music that is infused with positive messages so that you may bear witness to the soothing affect that it will have on your bodies and minds. Just after a short while of implementing the daily practice of positive listening you will undoubtedly notice an increase in your overall energy levels. You will also feel healthier physically and you will resonate a more positive mental attitude. So if you ever feel emotionally unbalanced or physically fatigued just turn on your favorite tune to get a dose of your own medicine.

Jordin Sparks Wins American Idol…Was It Really Rigged?
I know, I’m a day late! Jordin Sparks was my second pick for the Idol finale, but now I’m glad that she did win!
Although Melinda Doolittle was my favorite, it’s obvious that she was already going to have a career. As a matter of fact, Melinda already worked in the industry. I had no idea that she was a professional back-up singer!
I heard through the “grape vine” that the Idol producers already decided who they wanted to win a few weeks ago. My theory is that they booted Melinda to boost ratings - it would create a bit of a stir and keep people glued to the TV. Keeping Jordin and Blake on kept the show unpredictable.
This is not to discount the fact that Jordin and Blake are truly talented people. Jordin has a phenomenal voice and Blake is a great entertainer…However, Melinda had a great voice AND knew how to put on a show.
Anyways, all that doesn’t matter anymore. They’re all stars

Rising Rap Star: Bentley Green
I just finished watching the Ellen DeGeneres show and found out about this little boy who was definitely born to rap! His name is Bentley Green and he’s the cutest rapper that I’ve ever seen I still have yet to figure out how to embed a YouTube video in Wordpress, so you’ll have to go to YouTube to watch this video he did about Ellen…And since I love basketball, I’ll share this song he did for the Dallas Mavericks as well!
